I bought "Remove Ads" but I'm seeing ads again

Open the app's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it. Purchases carry over to new devices on the same account.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund help.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

In the app, go to Settings → Notifications, or turn notifications off for the app in your phone's settings.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep our games free. We keep them to natural breaks and offer optional "watch an ad for a hint" rewards. You can remove them permanently with a one-off purchase.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy choices. On iPhone you can also go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Can you delete my data?

Your game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it. For anything else, email privacy@smalltreefern.com; see our privacy policy.
